Partner, Healthcare Recruitment Practice

To aid our growth mandate, LHH is currently looking to add a Partner specializing in Healthcare and the Broader Public sector to grow our permanent search practice at the executive and mid levels, including for hospitals and care/service providers, government and health agencies, research institutes, health charities and foundations, and health colleges and professional associations. We have been a leader in recruiting talent for the sector for many years and our current mandates represent approximately 45% of our recruitment practices’ relationships and work.

 

Partners are responsible for proactively identifying, securing, and sustaining strong client relationships that will allow the firm to increase its market share in search and other practice areas representing our full breadth of human capital solutions.

Reporting Relationships:

      You will report directly to Senior Vice President, Managing Director – Search Practices.

In this role you can expect to:

Key Accountabilities

      Effectively market the LHH Knightsbridge value proposition and services

      Provide industry expertise as a trusted advisor to Healthcare and Public Sector clients

      Develop/identity search opportunities

      Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

      Manage multiple search assignments, delivering quality service in a timely manner

      Establish client requirements and competencies required in each assignment

      Interview candidates and maintain ongoing communication and follow up

      Negotiate contracts and manage client and candidate expectations to highest standards

      Project management, which includes allocating resources, managing projects to time, budget and quality standards, and coaching team members to ensure success

      Work collaboratively with other colleagues across the practice and the firm
