Specialist, Sales Intelligence
Description
The primary responsibility of the Sales Intelligence Specialist is the development and distribution of standard reports and dashboards that provide globally consistent insights about prospects, customers, sales activities and assets that improve sales performance through Salesforce and visualization tools.

Major Responsibilities
Sales Reporting & Portfolio Management
Build and maintain reports and dashboard library in Salesforce.com and Einstein that are aligned to management cadences from individual coaching 1:1s to executive team meetings, ensuring alignment of metrics and measures across the portfolio
Provide ongoing, high-level support to internal stakeholders to ensure understanding of insights gleaned from the reporting portfolio
Track performance of key strategic priorities
Respond to Ad Hoc data request from sales leaders, incorporating insights and repeated requests into the standard reporting portfolio
Add depth to insights and reports by developing a thorough understanding of key sales dynamics, analysis of market trends and competitors' behavior
Provide context and analysis of external industry and market data to drive field sales decisions
Provide data for sales recognition campaigns and contests
Data Accuracy
Identify opportunities to minimize data discrepancies through automation in partnership with Sales Technology
Work with sales leadership to improve data hygiene.
Process & Information Flow
Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure data required to run the business, serve clients, and serve candidates flows -wherever possible - without manual intervention
Identify methods to provide sales leaders with visibility into data and metrics stored outside SFDC (i.e., quota, NPS, etc.)
Required Experience/Characteristics
Professional experience in an analytical role
Experience building dashboards and reports in SFDC & knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Einstein) strongly preferred
Advanced excel skills
A positive, self-starter attitude
Excellent quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to develop effective / collaborative working relationships with cross-functional partners
Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent and, occasionally, competing initiatives in a fast paced environment.
Focus on process improvement and the development of sustainable / predictable processes, business rules and solutions.
Bachelor degree
