Solution Manager, Global Assessments - LHH Product & Innovation COE

(This is a global role and can be based in the USA or EMEA)
The Product and Solutions team, part of LHH’s Innovation and Product group, is responsible for defining, creating, implementing and regularly improving all of LHH’s solutions and products.
As a Solution Manager in this team you will support our speed-to-market goal through the successful design and implementation of the solution in your assigned area. Working with the SVP of Solutions you’ll be responsible for overall direction, thought leadership, solution design, product improvement and evaluation. Working as part of a ‘crack’ team with the SVP Solutions and Product Manager you’ll be jointly responsible for key metrics such as revenue growth, client satisfaction and speed to market.

Your new role
As a key member of the Product and Solutions team, you will
Work with SVP Solutions and Product Manager to set product vision & strategy
Liaise with product design team through the development and ongoing improvement of the solution
Review and QA content developed by the product design team
Maintain a razor-sharp focus on the market and keep abreast of research and industry developments
Contribute to brand awareness as it relates to the assigned solution through contribution to key marketing activities and industry activities
Collaborate with marketing to support thought leadership efforts and provide content where needed
Mentor and coach designers to develop market leading solutions
Go-to-market: work with cross-functional teams to support sales through sharing thought leadership and expertise, meeting with clients, contributing to proposal, pitches and other key activities
Liaise with facilitator / coach network to ensure smooth handover of content, materials and in conjunction with product manager ensure that facilitators/coaches are certified in all geographies
Collaborate with Client Solutions team and sales community to innovative strategies for bringing the solution to market
About you
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Instructional Design or Business Management with preference for an advanced degree in one of these fields
Demonstrated expertise in the field of leadership development, career transition, assessments, coaching or human capital management technology
Minimum 3-6 years’ experience in human capital working in large, complex organizations and consulting environments
Understanding and experience working with talent and leadership development concepts, frameworks and models
Sound knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and methods of evaluation
Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
Well-developed business acumen
Experience managing stakeholders at all levels of organizations
Multilingual (ideally) and excellent oral and written presentation skills essential
Self-starter attitude combined with strong collaboration skills
Track record working in-depth with human capital engagements with global clients
High personal energy, incredible ability to focus on priorities, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for the talent development and career transition businesses
Able to navigate ambiguity and organizational dynamics
An ambitious individual who loves the idea of helping people navigate their work lives more effectively, is curious about human behavior, business and the world in general and can translate this curiosity into the solutions they design
