Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing team, part of the LHH Global Marketing Team, is responsible for creating messaging, marketing content and sales collateral in support of the launch of new products as well relaunches and enhancement to existing products. As Product Marketing Manager for LHH, you will work at the point of convergence for product, sales and demand generation. You will work closely with our global Products and Solutions team and create content that has impact across the LHH sales organization globally.

 

The Team:

      In this role you will report directly to the VP, Global Head of Product Marketing 

      You will be part of a team that includes 4 Product Marketing Managers and a designer, and you will work closely with LHH’s Product & Solutions Team as well with other stakeholders across the company

As a member of the Product Marketing Team, you will

Key Accountabilities

      Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates our services in the market and imparts our value proposition

      Create content to aid product launches, refreshes and enhancements, including case studies, proposal templates, pitch decks, sales sheets, website content, social media posts, email templates, etc.

      Work with product and solution owners, subject matter experts and global colleagues from Sales and Marketing to ensure content clearly articulates value to clients and prospects

      Research and report on competitor offerings and positioning to help shape our messaging and content

      Partner with our Sales Enablement Team to create content for internal rollouts and sales trainings for new products, enhancements and campaigns

      Use client interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data to gain insight into buyer personas, customers’ perspectives on our products and solutions, and new opportunities in the market

 

About you

      Minimum of 3-5 years of history in Product Marketing or a similar role

      History in B2B marketing, ideally with a professional services firm; Product Marketing background in a SaaS marketing will be considered as well

      Comprehension of the Career Transition and Talent/Leadership Development markets and the buyers of these services is a plus

      Exceptional writing and editing skills, from effective social media posts to proposal writing that simplifies a complex solution

      Practice in writing web content for SEO

      Highly creative and able to tell a great story across a variety of media and formats

      Able to tailor content to specific audience needs

      Innovative, curious and interested in finding ways to do things differently

      Background in a global business environment is a plus

      Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and PowerPoint

      Graphic design skills including InDesign are a plus

      Strong project management skills and ability to manage time, priorities and stakeholders while engaged in multiple projects

      CRM background (Salesforce.com)

      Agility to manage sudden changes in priorities and timelines, as well as to shift between independent work and highly collaborative work
