Global Sales Development Head, LHH Strategic Solutions
(This role is global; location TBD)

As Sales Development Head, your mission to manage marketing generated leads thru proper qualification methods and  fill sales top of the funnel pipeline with sales qualified leads. In order to do so,  the objective is to build, lead, coach, develop, and grow a sales development organization within LHH. You will help build the function and team to support all LHH vertical sales forces from the ground up, implementing the talent, technology, and processes required to ensure we have the opportunity to tell our potential clients Globally about all LHH solutions available to help ensure their workforce is optimized to support their business of the future.

Reporting Relationships:

Ø      Reports to Global Head Strategic Solutions & Sales Excellence CoE

 Direct Reports:

Ø      Lead a team of four Sales Development Representatives (SDR) Managers  


Major Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

Ø  Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR) Managers, that manage the Global SDR team. The SDR team builds the sales pipeline through a mixture of outbound calling and emailing, inbound lead follow-up and prospecting

Ø  Build a culture of performance and accountability within the SDR team, taking ownership for consistently team objectives thru individual objectives

  • Develop from the function from ground up, implementing the talent, technology, and processes necessary

Ø    Set the standard for best practice processes across the team

Ø   Work closely with the sales leadership to define lead quality, quantity, and proper follow-up and align pipeline to needs of sales organization

Ø   Collaborate cross functionally with Sales Excellence to define KPI’s and systems to monitor outcomes and with marketing to define and plan for campaigns adequate follow up and reporting

Ø   Provide aggregated Global SDR team's activities and performance as well as accurate forecasts by vertical to leadership

Required capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7 to 10 years of relevant sales experience; experience as a successful SDR Manager at international level is idea
  • A solid understanding of SDR inbound and outbound processes, calling technology, etc.
  • Business savvy with global organization client-facing experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to build relationships quickly through being highly articulate, credible and influential
  • Experience setting up international teams of early career sales individuals 
  • A positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on quality of work
  • The highest level of integrity
  • Deeply curious and with a passion and growth mindset about our people and our solutions
  • Experience with and lead qualification and prospecting-related applications such as Outreach and SalesLoft highly desirable
