Sales and Operations Analyst - APAC

The primary focus of this position is to provide Sales Operations support to the Country & Sales Leadership across the APAC zone in regards to sales staff productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency. An organized, social, self-starter who thrives on being the “go-to” person for defining levers and managing projects to deliver overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales function within the Zone. The kind of person who can interact with all levels of the sales team and help with on-boarding and training, as well as data analytics and compliance.  The Sales Operations Analyst will help make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improving the sales funnel and process.

 

Reporting Relationships:

 

The Sales Operations Analyst will report into APAC Zone Lead, strongly partnering with the Global functions within Sales Ops & Enablement to ensure APAC fully benefits from global investments and that global investments in turn support APAC sales priorities

Major Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact for country & sales leaders into the sales operations & enablement team global centers of excellence, cascading global initiatives, processes, and deliverables as appropriate for the Zone. Focuses on ensuring sales & country leaders have the data & information required to make decisions to improve sales productivity and business outcomes

 

1st Responsibility

  • Preparation of pipeline and broader sales analysis in support of weekly/monthly ops calls
  • Proactively drives sales planning processes, striving to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency of planning information within Salesforce.com
  • Coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the company
  • Assist sales leaders in making data driven decisions
  • Regular reviews of the Salesforce.com CRM platform to ensure quality/cleanliness of sales pipeline data
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement
  • Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
  • Assist with Special Projects – on an as needed basis.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications/Experience/Characteristics

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly-matrixed environment
  • Ability to work "up and down the ladder", i.e., capable of interpreting strategy, while also capable of engaging in detailed implementation planning and execution
