What does an exceptional Virtual-Learning Architect do ?

The Virtual Learning Architect will be a specialist in virtual-learning environments. You will be responsible for creating a dynamic online learning experience for the LHH Seller. Initially you will be responsible for  overhauling the existing portfolio of LHH sales learning materials.  In this creative and dynamic role, responsibilities will include selecting and producing media to improve the sellers’ learning journey and supporting the implementation of online learning programs.  Significantly you will be designing something which truly makes a difference,  improving the everyday experience of the LHH Seller and which ultimately and directly impacts our customer experience.

What you’ll do

Key Accountabilities


      Analyze existing portfolio - identify & recommend relevant content to be re-designed

      Design courses using course materials provided by business partners in LHH

      Create detailed course structures with learning outcomes and a clearly defined path

      Create engaging content based on solid pedagogical theory and instructional principles

      Design video based learning and other formats

      Collaborate with internal business partners across LHH to deliver quality learning content

      Lead projects meet tight deadlines agreed with Go To Market business partners

      Produce regular updates to report and discuss progress, risks and issues

      Manage project documentation, including storyboards, trackers and accreditation materials

      Ensure course design is in line with project scope and business requirements

      Share good practice with the organisation and assist with peer review during course development


What you need

      Undergraduate degree preferred

      Experience of creating online learning material in different formats

      Experience building bite-sized learning and developing creative approaches to learning

      Comprehensive understanding of how people learn

      Knowledge and experience of applying adult learning theory in course design

      Strong knowledge of end-to-end content development

      Ability to manage complex projects and prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines

      Ability to build strong relations with team members and stakeholders

      Knowledge of authoring tools

      Familiarity with video-based experiential learning and production

      Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing business requirements

      Fluent English and one other language would be beneficial (French or Spanish )
