The Role

This is a senior commercial and product leadership role for someone who wants to help shape what EZRA becomes. As VP, Product Strategy, you will own the strategic direction of EZRA's proposition portfolio — defining what we build, why it matters, and how it drives growth. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you'll be the executive voice for product strategy, sitting at the intersection of commercial ambition and product vision — with AI at the centre of everything we're building.

We're looking for a builder. Someone who has done this from scratch, knows what it takes to win large enterprise customers, and brings a sharp commercial instinct alongside genuine product depth. You'll have a clear perspective on how AI is changing the coaching and HR tech landscape, and you'll use that to help us stay ahead. You'll thrive here if you've worked across both high-growth startups and larger organisations — and you understand how different those environments are.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and own the proposition portfolio strategy — vision, roadmap, lifecycle decisions, and investment priorities
  • Build business cases for new propositions and lead pricing and commercial frameworks that drive real revenue impact
  • Own pilot and soft launch strategy, including MVP validation, success criteria, and go/no-go decision frameworks
  • Lead market and competitive intelligence, translating insights into clear product direction and portfolio positioning — especially in shaping our AI-powered product roadmap
  • Drive portfolio performance through defined metrics and data-led decision making
  • Partner closely with Product, Commercial, and Technology leadership — and bring teams with you through influence, not just authority
  • Lead and develop the Product Strategy function
 
About you

  • 12+ years across product strategy, business strategy, or commercial leadership — with a track record of building propositions from the ground up
  • Has sold into or built for large enterprise customers — you understand that world and can credibly engage at C-suite level
  • Strong experience developing product portfolio strategies, including pricing, positioning, and lifecycle management 
  • Has worked in both smaller, fast-moving companies and larger organisations — and knows how to get things done in both
  • Commercial to your core — you think about revenue, margin, and market position, not just product
  • Experience working with AI-powered products and a clear point of view on how AI is reshaping product strategy and market positioning
  • Experience in HR tech, talent management, or a services-enabled-by-platform business is a strong advantage
