Marketing Manager LATAM

Career Transition & Mobility + LD
 
(This position will be based in Mexico City)
The Marketing Manager is the key execution and orchestration role for B2B marketing in Mexico and Brazil. This position is responsible for translating the LATAM marketing strategy into concrete, integrated campaigns, events, digital initiatives and demand generation programs that directly support LHH’s growth targets in the region.

Major Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
 
Integrated Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Translate the LATAM marketing strategy into country-level action plans for Mexico and Brazil, segmented by solution (CTM, LD, RS, ICEO) and target personas.
  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns, including briefing, implementation, monitoring and optimization, in partnership with the digital agency and internal teams.
  • Ensure strong alignment and consistency across digital campaigns, events, content and relationship activities, with a clear focus on qualified lead and pipeline generation.
Demand Generation & Funnel Management
  • Partner closely with Sales, RS and CTM/LD leaders to understand business priorities, revenue targets and growth opportunities in each country.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of the marketing funnel (MQL → SQL → Opportunity), in close collaboration with Business Development and Sales teams.
  • Track and analyze performance KPIs (leads, conversion rates, CPL, influenced pipeline) and recommend data-driven optimizations together with agencies.
Events & B2B Activations
  • Coordinate the execution of B2B events across Mexico and Brazil (webinars, coffee & learns, roundtables and in-person events), aligned with the LATAM events calendar.
  • Manage event logistics in collaboration with the Brazil-based Marketing Analyst and local partners in Mexico (invitations, mailing lists, materials, suppliers and follow-up).
  • Ensure strong pre- and post-event marketing execution, including landing pages, email journeys and nurturing flows, in partnership with the digital and marketing automation specialist.
Agency & Vendor Management
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for the digital agency, ensuring clear briefings, tight alignment with funnel objectives and high-quality deliverables.
  • Support the Content & Brand Specialist in coordinating PR agencies, ensuring PR initiatives are connected to campaigns and thought leadership priorities.
  • Coordinate local vendors as needed (production companies, designers, translators, video producers and others).
Regional Collaboration & Governance
  • Collaborate closely with the Brazil marketing team and key business stakeholders, as well as with Chile and Colombia teams, ensuring regional consistency with appropriate local adaptation.
  • Participate in regular LATAM marketing governance and sync meetings to align priorities, share insights and replicate best practices across markets.
  • Provide insights on the Mexican and Brazilian markets, customer behavior and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making by the Senior Marketing Manager LATAM.
 
What we are expecting from you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Solid experience in B2B marketing, ideally within services, consulting, HR, recruitment or SaaS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with integrated digital campaigns, demand generation initiatives and B2B events.
  • Previous experience working in regional or multi-country environments (LATAM) is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, inbound marketing, marketing & sales funnels and core performance metrics (CPL, MQL, SQL, pipeline).
  • Proven experience working with and managing marketing agencies and local vendors.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance competing demands across two core markets (Mexico and Brazil).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence operating in a matrixed organization.
