In this role you can expect to

• Be responsible for the territory revenue goals within the assigned market.
• Building a sustainable customer relationship and relations of regional network partners
• Primary follow through on leads assigned by marketing with some proactive demand generation
• Responsibility for the development of customer solutions, preparation, creation and presentation of offers.
• Market research in the field of leadership development and career transition
• Identify and pursue new customers, providing relevant information to leadership through short, medium and long-term sales planning, forecasting and pipeline accuracy.

• Experience of building, developing, and converting customer relationships & contracts.
• A self-starter that thrives in a fast-pasted environment, has a strong work ethic and is adaptable
• Comfortable prospecting, making outside goals, working with partners, generating interest, and aligning LHH solutions to client needs.
• A continued drive for “yes;” viewing the unmovable obstacle as an opportunity to make a difference.              
• Passionate about our business and mission of making a difference.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, listening and negotiation skills in FR and ENG (NL is a plus)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently
• Ability to share best practices, continually improve processes and messaging, and provide clear and consistent reporting to leadership
• Staffing, HR Consulting or Training & Development experience desirable
