Project Manager, Sales – CTM (1 year fixed term contract)
As Project Manager for a valued client, this role will encompass all areas of responsibility for the successful delivery of LHH’s contractual agreement. As an LHH ambassador, the role will focus on maintaining the highest levels of stakeholder management, delivery quality and project efficiencies. Management of the wider LHH delivery team onsite is a key element of the role.

In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities
  • Managing team of onsite coordinator, duty consultants and associates  
  • Responsible for all stakeholder engagement including but not limited to, liaison with HR team, Union Representatives, the client's management, Transition Board representatives. 
  • Production of timely management information.
  • Effective set up and management of project including resourcing, logistics, training and reporting.
  • Management of regular meetings with the client team, LHH onsite team and other internal LHH support teams.
  • Management of delivery costs, providing accurate information for forecasting as well as actual activity costs.
  • Regular reporting to onsite Client Director providing status update, cost analysis and information to be submitted for appropriate parties.
  • Responsible for quality of delivery – monitoring the feedback from coaching and workshop facilitation to maintain quality standards.
  • Recruitment of additional consultant support if required and subsequent training.
  • Liaison with local agencies, particularly recruiters to resource additional support and access to the local job market.
  • Co-ordination of Career Fair activity including liaison with local organisations.

  • Clear and positive communicator
  • Excellent relationship building skills – can communicate confidently at all levels
  • Comfortable with management reporting systems and processes
  • Highly organised and able to work under pressure
  • Flexible and able to maintain high standards of work through ambiguity
  • Ability to engage with broad range of stakeholders at all levels is essential
  • Strong administrative skills including Microsoft Office packages. 
  • A brand ambassador for LHH particularly when working with clients and external stakeholders
