Account Services Contracting Manager, Customer Success – Career Transition Mobility

Customer Success is a specialized team within LHH Sales that is responsible for implementing the Firm’s accounts. Customer Success includes the execution and commercialization of contracts, plus the management of ongoing account operations and orchestration of all deliverables during the life of the contract.  Contracts are critical to our business and individuals in this role are responsible for drafting these documents using all current legal templates and following all guidelines/rules. Individuals in this role partner with Sales Leaders and Customer Success Account Managers to create and manage successful execution of LHH contracts. The individual in this role will demonstrate acute attention to detail, time management, professional communication and ability to navigate multiple levels of stakeholders appropriately.

In this role you can expect to

Contract Support

  • Draft new contracts, amendments and SOWs
  • Guides correct contract creation process as SME
  • Interface between Legal and Sales/Account Managers/Account Services and tracks progress through all internal reviews and approvals
  • Assesses any existing agreements in place when creating new contracts to make recommendations
  • Partner with Sales and Account Managers on Salesforce Opportunity Type and Related Contract # for full contract compliance
  • Gathers necessary approvals and requests credit checks
  • Tracks contract process from beginning to end to ensure timely completion
  • Obtains LHH signatures and uploads fully executed agreement to SF.com
  • Monitors Closed Won at Risk SF.com Opportunities

Account Partnership

  • Develop credibility & maintain professional relationships with key internal and external clients and account stakeholders
  • Ensure all deliverables and tasks are completed (on time, on budget, accurately and with high quality) utilizing defined best practices and current LHH sales and marketing requirements
  • Effectively partner with account team members and shared services in a matrix reporting structure
  • Partner with the Account Management Lead and Sales Leaders to plan and prepare for contracting needs
  • Remain current on LHH solutions offerings and program matrixes
  • Participate in all aspects of LHH global sales community (training, systems, processes).

 

All About You

  • 1-3 years sales support or sales customer service experience preferred
  • Exhibits professional presence in, communication, credibility, confidence, and image
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Experience navigating and influencing multiple parties – legal, sales, customer success, etc.
  • Experience in SF.com preferred
  • Highly proficient in computer and formatting skills including Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook
  • Proficiency in a language other than English a plus

  • $30.00 - $35.00/hr. -  This is an Associate Variable role with an average weekly workload of 25-30 hours.

Placement within this hourly range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
