       Running the projects end-to-end

       Stand-alone cooperation with Hiring Managers at Customers side at every stage of the process

       Provide advisory and consulting for business clients - advice on creating the job descriptions, naming the scope of responsibilities, job titles and salary range

       Continuously develop the candidate base and build one's network

       Improve knowledge of the sector and build one’s image as an expert

       Support sales and customer care - independent care for selected business line clients, including oobtaining new orders from existing clients

       Reports directly to the Team Leader

Required Experience:

       Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment; minimum 2 years’ experience in the IT recruitment projects delivery, experience in a recruitment agency/employment agency will be an advantage.

       Knowledge of recruitment methods and tools, including direct search.

       Languages: Polish – fluent (min. C1),  English – communicative (min. B2).

       Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data, including presentations to management.

       Deadline and action oriented, ability to set priorities and follow them

       Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.

       Good level of knowledge of programming languages, frameworks used in IT development and modern approaches to IT project management, will be an advantage.
