Consultant in the Permanent IT Recruitment TEAM at Recruitment Solutions
LHH POLAND
Major Responsibilities:
Running the projects end-to-end
Stand-alone cooperation with Hiring Managers at Customers side at every stage of the process
Provide advisory and consulting for business clients - advice on creating the job descriptions, naming the scope of responsibilities, job titles and salary range
Continuously develop the candidate base and build one's network
Improve knowledge of the sector and build one’s image as an expert
Support sales and customer care - independent care for selected business line clients, including oobtaining new orders from existing clients
Reports directly to the Team Leader
Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment; minimum 2 years’ experience in the IT recruitment projects delivery, experience in a recruitment agency/employment agency will be an advantage.
Knowledge of recruitment methods and tools, including direct search.
Languages: Polish – fluent (min. C1), English – communicative (min. B2).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data, including presentations to management.
Deadline and action oriented, ability to set priorities and follow them
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Good level of knowledge of programming languages, frameworks used in IT development and modern approaches to IT project management, will be an advantage.
