Client Partner  - Leadership Development UK & Ireland

This is a Business Developer role responsible for growing our business in the UK for LHH Leadership Development, by converting new business and expanding and retaining our partnership with clients across a range of industries. 

The purpose of this role is to grow profitable revenue and outstanding client relationships through anticipating, meeting and exceeding client expectations and experiences.

  • Head of Sales UK Leadership Development

Direct Reports:

  • There are not direct reports

Location:

  • Flexible hybrid work model with ~1 office day per week or month.
  • Assigned to the LHH London Office Harewood Place
  • Residence in UK is required

Travel:

  • 20% mostly in London and UK

Languages:

  • Fluency in English

In this role you can expect to

Major Responsibilities

  • Your primary role will be to develop a sales strategy to increase share of wallet across a dedicated set of key existing clients and convert new business target logos within the UK market
  • You will have the ability to translate HR/talent-based requirements into a business-driven LHH solution, which aligns with the business strategy of our clients.
  • You must also build strong relationships internally across functional groups within LHH where an open and team-oriented culture exists
  • Primary job duty is to sell Leadership Development services to existing clients and prospective customers within the UK
  • Manage sales process from account strategy, and planning through execution of the sales
  • Develop solution proposals with Subject Matter Experts encompassing LHH’s suite of solutions
  • Participate in the development, presentation and closing of the sale
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements
  • Collaborate across the business to support the end-to-end services to our clients and grow our business

All About You

  • Track record in selling customised talent/leadership solutions (assessments, leadership programmes,  coaching, change management, workforce transformation, etc.).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in hunting for new business, prospecting over a large territory
  • Languages Skills: Fleuncy in English
