Principals Responsabilitats:

      Assessorar al candidat de manera personalitzada en el autoanàlisi per extreure les seves   fortaleses, habilitats, competències i àrees de millora.

      Impartir seminaris formatius segons metodologia de companyia i la qualificació del col·lectiu, de manera presencial i/o virtual.

      Garantir la qualitat en el servei.

      Mantenir la informació actualitzada en la plataforma de gestió.

      Realització d’informes.

Experiència:

      Titulació universitària en l’àmbit de les Ciències Socials i Jurídiques o Humanitats.

      Experiència docent de 6 anys.

      Experiència demostrable de 6 anys en l’àmbit del coaching i l’orientació laboral.

      Domini d’eines de coaching per a l’acompanyament.

      Imprescindible nivell fluid de català. Es valorarà domini d’anglès.
