Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in our Old Street Office)

The Role

We are looking for an Executive Assistance to support the Chief Sales Officer and Global Sales Leadership. This role will be varied and involve diary management, organising, administrative tasks, office management and more. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, can learn quickly and eager to support the whole team during an exciting growth phase of the business. 

What You’ll Do

• Managing diaries, organising meetings and appointments
• Acting as a first point of contact for general queries
• Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation 
• Supporting organising team events, virtual and in person 
• Submitting and tracking expenses 
• Supporting the wider business where necessary on projects 
• Office management tasks including maintaining physical office environment.
• Supporting with finance admin 
• Miscellaneous tasks 

About You

• 2 years Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role
• Flexibility and adaptability 
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills 
• Exceptional organisational skills, ability to multitask and attention to detail.
• Basic PowerPoint and Excel skills
