Virtual Workshop Producer, LHH Leadership Development
Description
Virtual Workshop Producers will form an important part in delivering virtual group events to our clients. They will be on hand before the session starts and provide technical assistance as required throughout the session so that our Associates and clients experience a high-quality, smooth delivery.
Working closely with Project Managers, Associates and the Associate Engagement team, Virtual Workshop Producers will become technical experts, keeping up to date with new features of virtual delivery platforms and sharing feedback and observations from workshops in order to help us continually improve our work with clients.

Key Accountabilities
- Logging into Virtual Workshop prior to the start time to manage all pre-start aspects such as admitting people from waiting rooms, liaising with Associates and Project Managers regarding any last-minute changes of participants or the workshop format, ensuring all participants are able to adjust their video and audio settings and providing any other support as required.
- Supporting workshop participants, LHH Associates or employees in case of any connectivity issues or displaying workshop materials as required.
- Managing all aspect of the workshop such as breakout rooms, saving and sharing whiteboards, assisting the facilitator, supporting participants in using functionalities of the delivery platform such as writing and annotation tools on whiteboards, taking themselves on and off mute and using the chat functions.
- Liaising with the facilitator and Project Manager as required to ensure all relevant information is relayed to the facilitator.
- Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of virtual delivery platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Webex and sharing new updates with the wider Workforce Solutions Teams.
- Proactively providing feedback and observations after each delivery, for example on the Associate, content, engagement of participants. Additional information may be requested from time to time.

Contract: One-year fixed term; may be renewed on a rolling basis each year after first year.
Contract Type: Flexible
Hours: No set hours. Individuals will be offered hours depending on client deliveries which they may choose to accept or reject.
Schedule: Based on client demand.
Renumeration: Hourly wage depending on experience.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
