Global Social Media Manager, LHH CTM
Description
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Global Social Media Manager (Organic) to lead our global organic social media strategy and execution. This role is responsible for growing brand awareness, engagement, thought leadership, and community across our corporate and regional social media channels. The ideal candidate understands how to create meaningful conversations, amplify executive and employee voices, and leverage social platforms to support business objectives. This role focuses exclusively on organic social media and works closely with Communications, Content & Creative, Field Marketing, and Demand Generation to deliver a cohesive and engaging social presence.

In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute the global organic social media strategy aligned with brand, communications, and marketing objectives.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the company's global corporate social media channels, including content planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance optimization.
- Partner with regional marketing teams to establish governance, best practices, and localized content strategies while maintaining global brand consistency.
- Develop and manage a global editorial calendar that supports integrated marketing campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, corporate announcements, customer stories, and employer brand content.
- Collaborate with the Content & Creative, Communications, Customer Advocacy, and Strategic Partnerships teams to create compelling, platform-specific content that drives engagement.
- Lead the execution of executive and employee advocacy programs, helping to amplify thought leadership and extend brand reach across social platforms.
- Monitor social conversations, audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for engagement and content development.
- Measure and report on social media performance using key metrics including engagement, audience growth, reach, share of voice, referral traffic, and content performance.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize content planning, social listening, audience insights, copy development, publishing workflows, and performance analysis.
- Ensure all social content aligns with brand standards, corporate messaging, accessibility requirements, and platform best practices.
- Stay current on evolving social media platforms, algorithms, emerging channels, and industry trends to continuously improve performance.
All About You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience managing organic social media for a global B2B organization or agency.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing social media strategies that increase engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and emerging social platforms, including platform-specific content strategies and best practices.
- Experience supporting executive social media programs and employee advocacy initiatives.
- Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and content planning skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Experience with enterprise social media management and analytics platforms such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience using AI-powered tools to improve content creation, social listening, workflow automation, and audience insights.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced global environment.
