Finance Analyst, Consolidation & Data Integrity - LHH Bulgaria

- Hybrid work model with weekly home office and office days
- Residence in Bulgaria is necessary, including a valid work permit

In this role you can expect to
Global Consolidation
- Support the timely, accurate and efficient consolidation of financial results across JDE and GRP, ensuring alignment with Group reporting standards and required performance metrics
- Prepare, validate, load and submit consolidated Actuals, Forecast, Budget and Management Free Cashflow in JDE, GRP and HFM, as appropriate, in line with agreed processes and review requirements
- Complete assigned Group reporting submissions, schedules, reconciliations and supporting files accurately and in line with agreed timelines
- Coordinate with country finance teams to obtain submissions, clarify queries and ensure updates and supporting information are received, validated, loaded and checked within required deadlines
- Track assigned deliverables against the consolidation timetable, flagging delays, dependencies and risks early to the Manager, Global Consolidation and Data Integrity
- Complete the accurate and timely loading of Ezra and other business units into the relevant reporting systems, as required
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of consolidation processes, working files and control evidence to support continuity and effective cross-coverage
Data Integrity and Systems Governance
- Perform reconciliations and validation checks between local systems, JDE, HFM and GRP to support the integrity and alignment of financial reporting
- Investigate system, mapping and data integrity issues, working with the Manager and relevant stakeholders to resolve them promptly
- Maintain approved JDE reporting structures in alignment with Group reporting standards, including account and cost centre mappings, reporting hierarchies and other required system configurations
- Implement approved changes to reporting requirements, mappings and structures accurately and ensure they are reflected consistently across systems
- Maintain clear control evidence and documentation for system updates, reconciliations and issue resolution
- Identify recurring issues and support the development of root-cause solutions rather than relying on manual workarounds
Controls, Organisation and Resilience
- Follow established end-to-end consolidation processes, controls and ownership frameworks to support consistent and high-quality execution
- Maintain assigned deliverables and contribute to the team calendar, coverage planning and handover requirements across critical reporting periods
- Ensure core working files, process documentation and supporting schedules are stored centrally, clearly named and accessible to the wider team
- Complete required review controls, checklists and supporting evidence across consolidation and system-load processes
- Escalate issues and risks promptly, providing clear information on the impact, required actions and relevant deadlines
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, accuracy and scalability of consolidation, reporting and system-load processes
- Support simplification, automation and standardisation initiatives, partnering with FP&A Enablement and other relevant stakeholders where appropriate
- Constructively challenge inefficient legacy processes and manual workarounds, proposing practical and more effective ways of working
- Support the implementation, testing and embedding of new reporting requirements, system enhancements and process improvements across Finance

All About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in financial reporting, consolidation, FP&A or a related finance role
- Good understanding of financial statements, consolidation processes and Group reporting requirements
- High attention to detail and a strong control mindset
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and dependencies
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with country finance teams and wider stakeholders
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to identify and raise issues early and support them through to resolution
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience using financial systems and reporting tools; experience with JDE, GRP and HFM is advantageous
- Strong systems aptitude and the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and globally dispersed environment
