NIGHT SERVICE MANAGER - Third shift / Multiple locations
Lewis Apartment Communities is actively recruiting for a full-time, personable and responsible individual for the important career of Night Service Manager at our large, upscale Lewis-owned communities in the Inland Empire area.
This full-time evening and night hour careers (9:00pm-6:00am) would provide supervision of three local and large apartment communities by enforcing rules and regulations in a positive, proactive manner. Parking enforcement, property patrols, minor maintenance trouble-shooting, and an overall "customer service-first approach" to Lewis residents will be just part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications for your success:
-Previous military, public safety, law enforcement and/or customer service management experience highly preferred
-Previous experience working with the public/customers
-Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
-Ability to self-supervise and work independently

Locations:
Homecoming at The Preserve (Chino, Ca.)
Homecoming at Eastvale (Eastvale, Ca.)
Homecoming at Terra Vista (Rancho Cucamonga, Ca.)
Roving position: 2 nights Chino (Fri./Sat.), 2 nights Rancho Cucamonga (Sun./Mon.), and 1 night at Eastvale (Tues.).
In addition to your competitive hourly wage of $23.50/hour, Lewis offers $60/month cellphone allowance, annual bonus and raise potential, a variety of health benefits, 401k with company match, and much more. Days off are Wednesday; Thursday.
