Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Nevada Property Management team. This role will focus on providing administrative and operational support for a portfolio of residential communities, office buildings, and commercial properties.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with lease documentation, rent postings, invoicing, tracking renewals, and maintaining accurate property management records while providing professional support to the regional office leadership and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Post and reconcile residential and commercial rent payments
- Maintain accurate tenant records and lease files (digital and hard copy)
- Prepare, process, and track lease agreements, renewals, and amendments
- Monitor upcoming lease expirations and assist with renewal tracking
- Generate and process invoices for tenants and vendors
- Assist with accounts receivable functions and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain organized filing systems for property, tenants, and vendor documentation
- Support the Vice President and property management team with reports, correspondence, and general administrative tasks
- Coordinate with property managers, accounting, and vendors as needed
- Provide general front office support for the regional office
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience (property management experience preferred)
- Experience working with residential and/or commercial property documentation is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with property management software is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Compensation & Perks
- The Lewis Group of Companies reasonably expects to pay $19-21/hour for this role, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, location, and business needs.
