Senior Portfolio Community Administrator
As a Senior Portfolio Community Administrator, you will partner with Community Directors, General Managers, and staff at multiple locations to provide a variety of services to current and potential residents at several of our busy, beautiful, and large communities.
PLEASE NOTE: This position roves among properties within the Inland Empire area. In addition, the ability to travel to Northern California (up to 25%) is required in this role. You must be able to work with multiple sites/personalities and be flexible to float between different properties.
- Manage the resident services desk
- Administer monthly rent collection
- Maintain resident files
- Manage incoming mail/packages/resident deliveries
- Interface with maintenance and leasing staff
- Handle resident inquiries/questions
- Promote an overall positive, proactive first and lasting impression of the community
To be successful you should have exceptional customer service, solid administrative skills, and the ability to work independently.
Your Pay: $25/hour plus annual bonus and pay raise eligibility, depending on your community and performance. In addition to your hourly salary, all mileage for work travel will be reimbursed.
