Your Role: Information Center Representative
As an Information Center Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers visiting one of Lewis Planned Communities' premier master-planned communities. In this customer-focused role, you'll provide exceptional service, conduct engaging community tours, and support homebuilder sales teams while creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every visitor.
What You'll Do
• Welcome visitors and provide exceptional customer service while representing the Lewis brand
• Conduct informative tours of the community clubhouse, amenities, and surrounding neighborhood
• Support homebuilder sales teams by assisting prospective homebuyers and providing community information
• Assist with grand openings, special events, and promotional activities
• Collaborate with Marketing and Planned Community Development teams to achieve individual and team goals
What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in an upscale retail, hospitality, real estate, or similar environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service mindset with a positive, professional attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and basic Excel)
• Valid driver's license preferred; mileage outside your normal commute will be reimbursed
• Availability to work weekends, with weekdays off
Compensation & Perks
• The Lewis Group of Companies reasonably expects to pay $22.88 per hour for this role, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, location, and business needs
• Performance Incentives: Annual bonus potential and annual merit increases
• Cell Phone Allowance: $60/month
• Clothing Allowance: $650 in your first year, $450 each following year
• Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance (available after 60 days)
• 401(k) Plan with Company Match (eligible after one year)
• Paid Time Off, Holidays, and Vacation Time
• Continued training and advancement opportunities within the Lewis portfolio
• Real Estate Salesperson License reimbursement for initial licensing courses, application, Live Scan, and exam fees (license required within the first six months of employment)
