Your Role: Leasing Manager
As the Leasing Manager at Homecoming at Creekside, our beautiful 626-unit resort-style community in Natomas, you’ll lead a dynamic team of Leasing Consultants to deliver exceptional customer service and drive leasing success. You’ll combine leadership, sales strategy, and team motivation to create an environment where residents and employees alike can thrive.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor your team of Leasing Consultants to achieve occupancy and sales goals.
- Ensure effective and consistent leasing presentations, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
- Develop and implement property marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
- Manage guest interactions, prospect databases, and appointment scheduling to ensure timely and professional communication.
- Oversee training for Leasing Consultants and provide ongoing support to ensure team success.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to optimize leasing operations and meet community objectives.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, customer care, and visual presentation throughout the leasing office and model homes.
- Stay current on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in apartment or residential leasing required
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities within a sales-driven environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with OneSite, AMSI, or Rent Roll is a plus
- Professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude
- Available to work weekends (Schedule: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; days off Sunday & Monday)
Compensation & Perks
- Base Pay: $28–$31/hour DOE
