FLOATING ASSISTANT COMMUNITY DIRECTOR - Sacramento, CA. 

Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest Real Estate developers in the nation, has an immediate opening for the important full-time career of Floating Assistant Community Director. This career will rove among the portfolio of Sacramento-area Lewis communities (Sacramento, Roseville, Antelope, Natomas, with occasional visits to Vacaville and Tracy, CA).

Partnering with the community's Community Director, you will effectively co-manage property operations and staff management programs to maintain optimum occupancy levels, income, staff supervision, property value, community maintenance, and excellent customer service in our Lewis-owned communities.

Your duties will include: 

  • Assisting in the management of the Maintenance, and Grounds-keeping staff
  • Effective and consistent leasing/sales presentations and procedures 
  • Property marketing, prospect marketing, guest follow-ups, appointments, managing contact lists, etc.
  • Budgets, reports & bookkeeping
  • Assist in the hiring, motivation, monitoring, and rewarding of employees
  • Reports, variances, occupancy, etc.
  • Vendor management
  • Ensure and promote consistent resident satisfaction

SKILLS FOR YOUR SUCCESS: Previous experience in apartment/residential property management will help you succeed.
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) required, and experience in OneSite or similar property management software is highly desired


YOUR PAY & PERKS: In addition to your hourly salary ($30-$33/hour DOE), you will earn leasing commissions and be reimbirsed for mileage, equaling $75-$77,000 per year. Lewis also offers annual bonus potential, $650 for your purchase of work attire, $450 each subsequent year, $100/month cellphone allowance, a variety of medical and dental plans, a 401K savings plan with company match, apartment discounts, paid holidays, vacation time, continued training, advancement opportunities and much more!
