ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - Las Vegas, NV

The Lewis Group of Companies, one of the nation's largest privately held real estate developers, has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic, professional, and personable individual to provide administrative support to managers in the Las Vegas, NV regional office.
 
This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning team of real estate development and property management professionals in a growing region of the Lewis company. 
 
In your new career, your responsibilities will include various accounting and administrative functions to support the regional property managers, corporate office business partners, and on-site Lewis community staff.
 
Your duties will include:
  • Receptionist duties: phones, visitors, vendor calls and inquiries, and overall customer service to Lewis tenants and/or residents
  • Generate and distribute Weekly/Monthly reports for manager and/or accounting department review 
  • Office supply administration and ordering
  • Various other duties and/or projects to support the department, as assigned 
Skills for your success: proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, and some basic Excel. Previous experience in accounting work will help you, along with internal/external customer service skills. Any experience in the property management or real estate industry is a plus.
 
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with some flexibility in schedule required to support occasional off-site meetings, events, or training after normal office hours.
