At Lessonly, we aren’t just looking for a sales rep. We’re looking for a team-player who wants to build a career in sales and marketing, and who is radically focused on helping our future customers Do Better Work. We are growing quickly and are seeking a new addition to our Inbound Sales Development team.

You will work with other members of the Lessonly Inbound, Marketing, and Sales teams—alongside a team of other SDRs—to interact with prospective customers via email, phone and social media. The ideal sales development rep will be agile in their day to day work and creative in their communication with prospective customers.

What you need to excel at this amazing role:

  • Be involved in every part of the inbound strategy that supports the growth of Lessonly.
  • Have creative flair, originality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Be comfortable switching from one task to another quickly without losing any quality.
  • Ask the tough questions of the team and leadership.
  • Share input with the team to maximize success.
  • Strive to continuously and rapidly improve their craft.
  • Collaborate. Collaborate. Collaborate!
  • Competitive and helpful at the same time — you’re driven by winning and you’ll break your back to help a teammate do the same.

A list of job experiences and qualification requirements are great, but what is most important to us is humility, a performance-driven attitude, and a team-player approach. We love to have fun and win in the process. We only hire people who have a passion for building great companies in an environment where a sense of humor is a must.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in a sales role or comparable experience
  • Passion about helping our future customers, mostly sales and customer support teams, Do Better Work.
  • Willingness to creatively connect with business leaders via phone, email and social media to introduce them to Lessonly.
  • A growth mindset to improve personally and professionally.
