Digital Marketing Specialist

This position may work in the Lessonly office in Indianapolis, IN or remotely from any of the following states: Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, Virginia or Washington

We’re looking for a digital marketing specialist who is radically focused on helping both our internal teams and prospects Do Better Work. We need an ideal team player—humble, hungry, and people-smart—who will scale the impact of our brand and create demand for Lessonly in the market.

You’ll report to the Demand Gen Manager and will be part of the Inbound team. You’ll work directly on a team focused on creating demand through email, paid spend, and other channels. 

This role will be responsible for:

  • Working in Marketo to create email nurture programs, segmented lists and campaign assets—including emails and forms
  • Experience with SEM, ad campaign management, and optimizations, with experience interpreting results and conversion rates
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and drive website performance - traffic, conversions, etc. 
  • Experience managing an agency/vendor relationship
  • Passion for technology and tools - always knows the “latest and greatest”
  • Create and constantly improve processes that drive and optimize marketing and lead generation productivity
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics/Event Tracking, and Salesforce CRM

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience, preferably in SaaS and in digital marketing
