As a Payments Product Administrative Officer you will be:

  • Working closely with the Payments Product Department
  • Getting a good insight into payment provider management

What you will do?:

  • Coordinate with company departments to collect information needed for various provider management procedures, i.e. KYB & due diligence procedures, provider application forms, PCI DSS SAQ A forms, etc.
  • Support the Payments Product team with administrative tasks like: LOA’s, account reviews and verifications, contact updates, handling and filing corporate files, forms and records
  • Assist with diverse audit matters of corporate entities
  • Maintaining the Payments Product provider information database on providers, contact information, payment methods and tools
  • Keep stakeholders of the Payments Product team informed e.g. via product newsletters
  • Manage work and ensuring deadlines are met using our JIRA ticket system
  • Online research and data collection on Payment Products

Who are we looking for?:

  • Excellent intercultural competences and experience working in diverse teams
  • Good organizational skills & structured approach
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various teams
  • Attention to detail, thoroughness and multi-tasking ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills and English language skills (both orally and in writing) are mandatory
