Position at LeoVegas Mobile Gaming Group

Responsibilities
  • Overall P&L responsibility for the market and delivering results in accordance with set budget and targets 
  • Responsible to develop and implement the marketing strategy for the market, including clear plans for all available marketing and communication channels. The marketing plan shall include and align all activities including, online, PR, affiliation, ambassadors, events and social media 
  • Working according to the LeoVegas Group campaign planning process, contributing with campaign ideas, marketing briefs and campaign review deliverables 
  • Working closely together with the operational teams across the business supporting the specific country market. 
  • Ensuring operations and communication in the market are in line with current legislation 
  • Responsible for planning, buying and negotiating all media, either through direct relationships or through a media agency 
  • Liaising with the product owners (Directors of Casino/Bingo, Live Casino) to make sure their expertise and product passion of the LeoVegas Group product verticals is utilised to the max. 
  • With support of the business intelligence team, follow-up and analyse all the marketing activities to make sure it is all in line with budgets and targets. Ensuring clear reporting and action plans to counter any failing results 
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge on the market including competitive and regulatory situation 
  • Responsible to advise the operational teams on their team structure to ensure most efficient operations in the market and working together with all function Heads and Directors to ensure that the best people are recruited and retained for the team 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a similar role for Japan iGaming business

  • Strong analytical mindset and focus on performance

  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-past environment

  • You are highly proactive, well-organized and analytical 

  • Ability to work independently and in a team, as well as possession of leadership qualities
