ABOUT THE ROLE:
You'll be at the helm of our operations, driving growth and ensuring success in this key market. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, you'll craft and execute marketing strategies, oversee operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with regulations. Your contributions will be integral to our success, making this role both challenging and rewarding.
As the Country Manager, you'll lead a team dedicated to achieving our market goals. You'll spearhead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with stakeholders to drive impactful initiatives forward. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your leadership skills and industry expertise to drive success in our English-speaking market.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Overseeing overall profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the English-speaking market, ensuring alignment with budget and targets.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, including TV, online, PR, social media, and more.
- Collaborating with operational teams to support market-specific needs and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Planning, negotiating, and executing media buying activities, either directly or through agency partnerships.
- Liaising with product owners to optimize the utilization of LeoVegas Group product verticals expertise and passion.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on driving growth and ROI.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Proactive nature, exceptional organizational skills, and strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
- Previous experience working in MGA markets.
- Familiarity with market trends and regulatory environments in the iGaming industry.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
