ABOUT THE ROLE:

 

We are looking for a HR Business Partner for our Stockholm office. You will become a part of a global HR Team who are all striving towards the same goal, to contribute to the greatest i-gaming experience by ensuring LeoVegas is a great place to work.

 

In this role you will act as a strategic advisor to leaders within a defined business function. The role focuses on driving organisational performance through data-informed decision-making, proactive guidance, and aligned HR initiatives. It plays a key part in strengthening leadership capability, improving people outcomes, and enabling business performance in a modern and consistent way across the company.

 

The HRBP collaborates closely with the global HR team to ensure clear governance, consistent people processes, and well-defined decision-making responsibilities. You will form a part of our global HRBP team with a focus on supporting our functions in the Product & Technology organisation. This role will report into HR Lead Product & Technology.

 

 

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

 

        Acting as a trusted strategic HR partner to leaders, turning business needs into effective people strategies

        Advising on employee relations, work environment, organisational development and change initiatives

        Managing complex labour law matters, including union dialogue and negotiations

        Helping create a workplace where people can thrive through collaboration on local and global HR initiatives

        Leveraging HR data, KPIs and insights to support decision-making and improve retention and development

        Driving quality and alignment across key annual HR processes, including performance, compensation, talent and engagement

 

 

 

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

 

        A degree within Human Resources or equivalent is required

        4 years of experience in a role as Strategic HR Business Partner or equivalent

        Comfortable guiding and supporting leaders of different seniority levels in various HR related matters and complexity

        Strong local labour law knowledge

        Excellent communication skills in English is required as our company language is english

        Previous experience working within the tech industry or a fast growing international company is considered an advantage
