ABOUT THE ROLE
The Live Casino Coordinator plays a key supporting role within the Live Casino team, ensuring the smooth execution of daily operational tasks and maintaining the quality and consistency of the Live Casino product across all brands and markets.
This role focuses on delivering day-to-day activities, managing game and provider releases, monitoring the on-site experience, and supporting the wider team in ensuring Live Casino remains a leading, high-performing product.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, the Coordinator helps deliver updates, campaigns, and improvements that enhance the player experience and drive engagement.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Execute daily Live Casino operational tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across all brands.
- Manage the end-to-end process for new game and provider releases, from asset requests and configuration to testing and go-live.
- Monitor key player experience flows, identifying and reporting any technical or visual issues and following up to resolution.
- Track Live Casino visibility across banners, promotions, and game positioning to ensure consistent representation.
- Support the preparation and delivery of Live Casino campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to benchmark Live Casino offerings, features, and presentation.
- Assist internal stakeholders (e.g. Product, Marketing, Retention, CRM, and Customer Support) with Live Casino-related requests and queries.
- Support the implementation of product improvements and enhancements, ensuring alignment with operational readiness.
- Maintain strong communication with suppliers and internal teams to coordinate tasks, updates, and incident resolution.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitor developments.
- Execute additional Live Casino-related tasks as required to support team objectives and ensure smooth operations.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Experience in an operational or coordination-based role, ideally within iGaming.
- Familiarity with Live Casino or online Casino products and providers.
- Experience managing operational tasks or supporting project delivery.
- Exposure to CMS or back-office systems for content updates or game configuration is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and follow through on tasks.
- Interest in Live Casino, player behaviour, and the wider gaming industry.
