Job Description

  • Carry out the required number of dip-samples across the LeoVegas Group, as identified by the AML Process Adherence Manager

  • Assist in conducting quality assurance reviews of the work performed by the AML analysts of the LeoVegas Group  and provide feedback to the AML Process Adherence Manager

  • Identify gaps between our Policies and our routines and assist in amending the routines to cover them

  • Assist in ensuring that periodic reviews on Group customers are being conducted to make sure a proper snapshot of our customer base is captured, and to record all reviews/errors in their appropriate logs to be escalated accordingly

  • Report any incongruencies to the Adherence Coordinator to review and discuss the appropriate process to adopt

  • Assist the Process Adherence Manager with additional tasks such as writing or updating Group Policies and the LeoVegas AML team’s routines

  • Work and collaborate with all the AML teams across the Group and also other teams, mainly but not limited to, the Compliance, RG, Legal and RFP teams.

  • Act as a point of contact for the other AML Analysts to provide a second opinion

  • Reports to the AML Process Adherence Manager

Qualifications

  • Experience within an AML, department in a Gaming Company will be considered an asset;

  • Previous  Quality Assurance roles will be considered an asset 

  • Detail-oriented;

  • Energetic and willing to learn within a growth-oriented organisation;

  • Able to take direction and also take full ownership of the responsibilities assigned, including taking the initiative to learn new processes as they arise;

  • Uphold a high standard of work ethic, always ensuring to complete all assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner;

  • A team player who enjoys a multicultural environment;

  • Fluent in English.
