We are looking for Aspiring Data Driven Leaders to join a new team within the Data & Analytics team. The Aspiring Data Leaders (ADLs) will be trained in becoming the future data driven leaders within LeoVegas.

The training program will be of around 12 months, whereby ADLs will be given training in various streams. ADLs will be expected to work very closely with the current team of Business Analysts, giving valuable contribution to the team and providing insights based on analysis carried out. Training and guidance will be provided as needed. The team will share the same goal, to support the company with information, structure, process, analysis, reporting & insights, and project management!

ADLs will also be given training on management and leadership skills. This training is intended to prepare the ADLs to take on a team leader/managerial role within 12 months, therefore the training will include various subjects such as project management, basic finance, HR, presentation skills and so on. ADLs will be given the opportunity to work very closely with mangers and other leaders.

Each ADL will help out with other projects across the Group. Being part of the team will provide you an excellent opportunity to gain a deep insight into LeoVegas as a business, as well as being part of a team who can support and teach each other. You will learn the business from the bottom up in order to contribute and provide helpful insights based on your analysis. The role is fast paced and intense, but it will give you excellent opportunities for career development. You will be expected to take on significant responsibility from day one.

Your work and analysis will be crucial for important decision making and you will instantly be able to view and monitor results based on your analysis, since LeoVegas values data/analysis based decision making. What you will do:

  • Analytics & reporting (draw new insights, cause/consequence, ROI, “What’s going on” etc.)
  • Project management (make stuff happen!)
  • Process and ways of working (aid the process in improving efficiency)
  • Data (the more the better!)

  • Training and guidance provided as needed

Who are we looking for?
Someone with...

  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in roles such as Management Consultant, Financial Analyst, Data Analyst or similar. The right person is of more interest than the “right” number of years.
  • Experience in directly/indirectly managing/leading people and/or semi-complex projects.
  • Degree in Business Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or other relevant education/knowledge.
  • Strong aptitude for collecting data from many sources, carrying out analysis and executing work based on data-based insights.
  • Understanding how data models work and fit together
  • Whilst not a prerequisite, candidates with experience in igaming, Data Modelling, R, Python, SQL, Google Analytics will be given preference
  • Fluent in English

Working Hours:

We have a flexible working policy during Covid-19 times, however would like someone who would work predominantly from the office in the future.
