In line with our success, we’re now looking for a Director of MGA Markets ( Malta licensed markets & New Markets)  to join our high performing team.

What you will do:
  • Report to the CMO and be part of the senior commercial leadership team
  • Own, and full accountability for regional P&L to include LATAM,CANADA,ONTARIO ,NEW ZEALAND
  • Create Marketing Strategies for the full region together with a team of country managers 
  • Lead and support Country Managers and their teams
  • Ensure each local market has the correct team setup including necessary resources to maximise growth
  • Work cross departments internally on key projects for the region.
  • Ensure we grab synergy opportunities between markets in the region (example media buying and production of TVCs)
  • Be immersed within the organisation and have a good level of knowledge of relevant business and technology stakeholders, process, and workflows.
  • Daily operations: communicating and addressing potential issues when they arise.
  • Support the Country Managers in their daily operations and work, when needed.
  • Identify opportunities for new markets and/or new brands in Malta and work with the business development team to evaluate plan and execute a go to market strategy

What should you have?

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on growth and ROI
  • Ability to work in a target driven and fast moving environment
  • Highly proactive, focused & well organised
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to lead a high performing team
