ABOUT THE ROLE:

An exciting new role has opened in CRM: CRM Project Manager.As Project Manager you will spearhead key initiatives to optimise CRM processes, tools, and workflows, ensuring seamless brand and market expansion. Your role will encompass managing projects through established frameworks, facilitating new product launches, and maintaining CRM knowledge hubs, while acting as the primary contact for technical escalations and ad-hoc CRM requirements.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Lead projects related to CRM departmental initiatives , including but not limited to processes, tools/systems, workflows and optimization strategies.
  • Manage project initiatives through recognized project management structures (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, closing) within defined timescales or quarterly/yearly planning.
  • Lead brand/market expansion initiatives for CRM by coordinating with the group launch project team, adhering to project requirements and deadlines.

  • Complete all actionable tasks for CRM related to brand/market expansion including but not limited to reward builds, gamification features, CMS requirements, communications tool setup and any other areas within CRM remit.

  • Ensure new brand/markets are executed fully operational for launch with handovers provided to the relevant team(s) and any required training.

  • Build, manage and maintain CRM knowledge hubs and apply training to the larger department on product releases, process changes or any other department amendments that impact the wider teams. 

  • Assist the launch of new products/features with development teams as required including test, pre-prod and production.

  • Initiate improvement projects based of departmental insights including tooling, workflows and processes.

  • Assist with third party departmental audits as required.

  • Contact point for CRM technical escalations, issues or any other ad-hoc requirements including training of operational tasks.

  • Assist on ad-hoc cases any CRM related enquiries that falls withing the CRM Project teams remit.

 

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Knowledge on Casino/Sports reward mechanics.

  • Good understanding of CMS Management.

  • Good communicational/training skills.

  • Experience with work management tools (Jira, SAP, Salesforce).

  • At least 2 years working in iGaming is preferred.

  • Self driven, organized and a true team player.
