ABOUT THE ROLE

As Live Casino Coordinator, you will be working hand in hand with all kinds of professionals in the Gaming Industry, whose mission is to deliver the greatest Live Casino experience to our clients.

The role includes a variety of tasks to be conducted such as planning and preparation of the provider releases, game testing, content, and design requests, including collaboration with various internal departments, such as design, content writers, customer retention, affiliates, SEO, social media, and many others.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

        Executing daily Live Casino operations tasks and focusing on timely task delivery.

        Following through the entire game and new provider release process – from requesting and reviewing game assets to configuring, testing, and releasing live on-site.

        Conducting competitor analysis about Live Casino's offering, promotions, positioning, features, etc.

        Assisting and following up with the Customer Support team on any live casino queries or issues that may arise.

        Monitoring key user experience flows, reporting any issues/bugs, and following up until resolved.

        Keeping track of Live Casino’s visibility on-site – banners, promotions, and game positioning.

        Assisting in creating engaging and innovative Live Casino campaigns.

        Driving Live Casino initiatives with other internal stakeholders.

        Keeping up to date with industry news, Live Casino product innovation and attending conferences, and supplier events (when required).

       Executing any other ad hoc Live Casino-related tasks to ensure the best possible product delivery.


 

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

        Understanding of the Live Casino concept as a part of the industry

        Passion for Live Casino products. Previous experience in a similar role will be considered as an asset. 

        strong organisational and communication skills

        Willing to learn and possess a can-do attitude.

        Meticulous, not afraid to take initiative, and possesses good analytical skills.

        Good proficiency in English is a must
