LeoVegas offers casino, live casino and sports betting. We operate global and scalable brands including LeoVegas & Royal Panda, as well as several UK facing brands such as Pink Casino & Bet UK.

To capitalise on our success, and as part of our continued growth, we are looking for a General Manager to join and lead our UK team. 

What you will do:

  • Own and full accountability for the UK & Ireland P&L
  • Create Marketing Strategies for the UK & Ireland together with Country Manager
  • Lead and support Country Managers and their team
  • Ensure the UK & Ireland has the correct team setup including necessary resources to maximise growth
  • Work cross departments internally on key projects for the region.
  • Ensure we grab synergy opportunities between markets in the region (example media buying and production of TVCs)
  • Be immersed within the organisation and have a good level of knowledge of relevant business and technology stakeholders, process, and workflows.
  • Daily operations: communicating and addressing potential issues when they arise.
  • Support the Country Manager in their daily operations and work, when needed.
  • Identify opportunities for new markets and/or new brands in the UK & Ireland 

What should you have?

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on growth and ROI
  • Ability to work in a target driven and fast moving environment
  • Highly proactive, focused & well organised
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to lead a high performing team
