What you will do:

​​HR:

  • Set up an HR function with the ongoing support of your colleagues in the LeoVegas global team
  • Recruit excellent people into various roles, and maintain a smooth onboarding process
  • Oversee all diversity related initiatives
  • Train and coach our leaders and teams with an aim to create a high performing environment
  • Ensure that the office runs smoothly
  • All other ad hoc areas of HR as necessary including but not limited to carrying out necessary administrative duties; conducting performance and wage reviews; and developing clear policies.

Recruitment:

  • Recruitment, Identifying the right talent with culture & attitude as a steering tool is essential.
  • As TAS you will also coach managers in recruitment related matters and interviewing skills, both one-on-one and in group trainings 
  • Creating Brand Awareness
  • Data Driven Business Partnering
  • As we are constantly in the lookout for tech savvy talent you will drive the assist planning for where we find our tech talents to ensure we keep our pipelines filled
  • You’ll be part of our transition to a data driven way of working within Talent Acquisition

Office:

  • Ensuring smooth day to day management, including ordering of office supplies and groceries
  • Maintaining facilities of office environment, in close collaboration with facility management vendors
  • Planning and organising company events and activities
  • Planning and managing the office budget in collaboration with our finance team
  • Taking responsibility for office health and safety and fire procedures

Who are we looking for?:

  • Strong working knowledge of local employment law, including diversity requirements
  • ​​A 'go getter', someone who can work on their own initiative and is passionate about creating a workplace in which our people can thrive
  • We think you have a background & passion for tech recruitment
  • Experience in creating and executing an HR and office budget
  • Have exceptional organisation and planning skills with attention to details
  • iGaming knowledge is a plus
