As a Process Improvement Analyst, you'll be a key player in our Process Improvement and Automation team, helping us achieve operational excellence. If you're passionate about process optimization, driven by data, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
● Being a Process Detective: Identifying, analysing, and mapping existing processes across various departments to pinpoint bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
● Collaborate & Innovate: Working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and co-create innovative solutions that drive real results.
● Design & Implement: Developing and deploying process improvements, leveraging automation tools (like RPA) where appropriate, to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
● Measure & Monitor: Tracking the impact of your improvements, using data to demonstrate ROI and identify further opportunities for refinement.
● Empower Others: Providing training and support to colleagues, ensuring they can seamlessly adopt new processes and tools.
● Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously researching and learning about emerging process improvement methodologies and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
● Communicate Your Success: Preparing clear and concise reports and presentations to share progress, results, and insights with management.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
● Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in process improvement, business analysis, or a related field.
● Education: A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
● Deep understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
● Proficiency in process mapping tools
● Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools (e.g., UiPath.) would be a plus
