Job Description

What will you do throughout the week:

  • Create and communicate the Key account retention strategy for the Italian market 
  • Build strong personal relationships with the VIP base to maximize loyalty, revenue, and player experience in line with relevant procedures and compliance requirements. This includes being available 24/7 for players as well as answering any day-to-day queries, requests, and complaints and ensuring they are handled in a timely and professional manner, including out of office hours and weekends when needed
  • Be in charge of the events process, including planning, execution, and follow-up. Note that execution of events from time to time require the Key Account Manager to work both abroad and during weekends
  • Build, document, and maintain player profiles, including knowledge of player behaviors, interests, likes, and dislikes as well as documenting all player contacts
  • Plan, implement and evaluate campaigns in line with compliance requirements, as well as building up a knowledge base on what works within a regulated framework market
  • Working close to the CRM Manager for the market, and giving support on CRM tasks when required
  • Together with CRM implement campaigns, journeys, and new segmentation, when required
  • Ensure that the player experience when moving from one segment to the next (e.g. from Lion-Cub to Lion-Low) is as smooth as possible
  • Ensure that the player experience is maximized for all processes in which the KAM manager is responsible for the direct player communication (e.g. SOI process)
  • Report on and own the KPIs for the market(s) within your Retention markets team
  • Language: Supporting the Italian-speaking market means you need to be fluent in both writing and speaking Italian.
  • Be a role model for the company and your colleagues by acting in accordance with the attitudes of LeoCulture
  • Perform other tasks as assigned when needed
