ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Tech & Product, you will play a key role in scaling our tech teams within a fast-growing and dynamic environment. Beyond managing end-to-end recruitment for complex and strategic roles, you will bring an analytical and consultative approach to continuously enhance our talent acquisition strategy
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for senior and highly technical IT roles in a fast-paced, scaling company.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and drive strategic hiring initiatives.
- Leverage data and recruitment analytics to refine processes and provide actionable insights.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring an outstanding stakeholder experience.
- Continuously optimize recruitment workflows and implement industry best practices.
- Lead recruitment projects, including company expansion and employer branding initiatives.
- Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience, ensuring engagement at every stage.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience recruiting for technical roles, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment..
- Strong analytical mindset, with expertise in recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset, with a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.
