ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to our continued growth, we’re now looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate to join our high performing Corporate Development team. The team sits within LeoVegas, reporting to the Group CFO, but works closely with the MGM Resorts International Interactive team. The role is primarily focused on M&A projects, but there will also be exposure to exciting organic initiatives including market launches, such as the recent launches of the BetMGM brand in the UK and Netherlands, and other strategic projects.

As a part of MGM Resorts International we are now entering into a new phase of growth at LeoVegas. An instrumental part to achieving this growth going forward will be through M&A, as evidenced by the successful recent acquisition of Push Gaming. Consequently, we are looking to expand the Corporate Development team with people who have had experience across the full M&A cycle.
As our new Mergers & Acquisitions Associate, you will be involved in executing on our global acquisition agenda, at all stages of the transaction lifecycle, from screening to closing and beyond. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders. Therefore, being structured, knowing how to synthesise large sets of qualitative and quantitative data and making them presentable in a concise and C-suite-ready format are all crucial skills.

This role will be based in Malta (relocation package included), benefitting from close interaction with operational teams within the group. While we do keep busy with interesting live deals, you can still expect a comparative upgrade in quality of life compared to traditional transactional facing roles.
If this sounds interesting, continue reading and don’t hesitate to reach out.
