Job Description

  • Our mission is to create the greatest online gaming experience and our dedicated team of executives are at the forefront of handling contact from players and resolving queries at the first point of contact. 
  • Building relationships with our customers via email, chat, and phone across all of our managed brands
  • You will also build bridges internally working closely with our Payments, Fraud, CRM and Tech teams- whatever it takes to make sure we have truly satisfied customers.
  • Keep up to speed with regulatory requirements and process changes, which will affect our customers to ensure good decision making
  • This role covers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with varying shift patterns covering day and night shifts


  • Experience of working within a multi-channel customer service environment
  • Enthusiastic; self-motivated team worker
  • A decision maker with the ability to handle objections or concerns with first-time resolution
  • Excellent written communication
  • Previous experience in the gambling industry is desirable
