Senior Gaming Commercial Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a commercially sharp, creatively ambitious, and operationally excellent Senior Gaming Commercial Manager to lead the development of casino-led campaigns that make a splash in the market and grow our share through bold, unique, and performance-driven propositions.
You will be responsible for the planning and execution of standout campaigns that showcase the best of our casino product and deliver clear commercial impact. Your role will be to create campaigns that are as creatively exciting as they are strategically sound.
Working with a 3 to 12-month planning horizon, you will lead a cross-functional campaign development process in collaboration with Casino Product, CRM, Commercial Marketing, Media and Creative. You will shape a roadmap of casino propositions that cut through the noise, attract new players, drive engagement, and support the long-term growth of our casino business.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Leading the end-to-end strategy and execution of all overt, content-led gaming promotions.
- Owning the overall generosity budget and management across initiatives.
- Acting as the UK&I market’s strategic voice into the Central Casino team regarding on-site merchandising, new game roadmap and positioning.
- Collaborating with the Central Casino team and Game Providers to build campaigns around new mechanics, exclusive content, or innovations in gameplay
- Leading input into a promotional functionality roadmap
- Briefing CRM, Creative, and Media teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and amplified across the right channels
- Partnering with Analytics to assess performance, draw insights, and evolve the proposition strategy accordingly
- Mentoring, coaching and developing a Commercial Executive in the team.
- Monitoring and keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Ensuring all activity adheres to regulatory standards.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Significant experience in casino marketing, product development, or campaign strategy, ideally within a regulated or highly competitive industry
- A proven ability to develop and deliver creative, commercially successful campaigns that drive customer growth and engagement
- Deep understanding of casino player behaviour, promotional mechanics, and revenue drivers
- A bold, market-aware mindset with the instinct to identify moments to stand out and win attention
- Experience leading cross-functional campaign development
- Highly organised, with strong prioritisation skills and experience managing multiple campaigns in parallel
- Confident in using data to measure performance and guide optimisation
- A strong team leader, capable of motivating and developing others while holding a high bar for creative and commercial output
