The employee will have to:

  • Administer the current Operations Systems by ensuring their constant upkeep, and improvement based on operational needs. 
  • Maintain expert-level understanding of all enhancements and releases, and participate in meetings, webinars, and other Provider-related events on any new Roadmap presented.
  • Collaborate with different Teams to ensure efficiency and cross-functional alignment as we grow, while keeping in mind a scalable, data-driven approach.
  • Identify the need for development within current tools, systems, and processes to ensure consistent development across Operations. 
  • Ensure all proposed improvements and development conform with regulatory requirements, to ensure full compliance.
  • Oversee the smooth implementation and roll out of new development and features by collaborating with multiple Developer teams.
  • Establish expertise on all current routines, provider back offices, and internal systems to facilitate the successful implementation of the department project roadmap.
  • Conduct ad hoc reporting to have visibility over performance of systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with or implement new systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any software performance issues and act as technical support by interfacing with Provider Helpdesks to resolve issues. 
  • Manage a queue of operational requests, prioritizing against evolving and fast-paced business needs. 


  • Logic/tech-oriented
  • Highly organised
  • Intermediate knowledge of Zendesk, HooYu, and SEON from a user point of view
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Miro, Confluence, and JAVAscript 
  • Knowledge of Handlebars semantic templates 
  • Knowledge of Risk and Fraud processes
