ABOUT THE ROLE

 

Our mission is to create the world’s greatest iGaming experience and we are hiring for a Sports CRM Lead to help us deliver this for our amazing Sportsbook across our key markets. You will lead a team of CRM Executives to strategise data-driven CRM campaigns to enhance player engagement, loyalty and lifetime value in various markets.

 

Your primary responsibilities include spearheading your team towards strategising for innovative, data-driven and automated campaigns that contribute to overall growth. You will also be responsible for mentoring your team of CRM Executives and collaborate with various teams including Country Management, Creative Teams, Analytics as well as others to help optimise these campaigns.

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Responsible for Market(s) KPIs: Accountable for the Retention Rates and ARPU for the Markets that you manage, ensuring that if there is an improvement area identified by the business, that we adapt our strategies to improve these KPIs.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of CRM specialists to deliver on key performance indicators, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Accountable for the training and development of team members, ensuring that knowledge gaps are filled to benefit the team reaching goals.
  • Profitable Bonusing and Engagement Strategies: Designing and executing bonusing campaigns and engagement strategies that drive customer retention and increase turnover, ensuring all initiatives are both profitable and aligned with business objectives.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Working closely with other teams, including Marketing, Product, and Data, to ensure CRM initiatives are integrated into broader company strategies and that all efforts are coordinated for maximum impact.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilising data analytics to inform and refine CRM strategies, ensuring that all initiatives are performance-focused and contribute to the company’s overall profitability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge, techniques, and industry knowledge to stay ahead in a competitive market.

 

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Proven track record of delivering CRM campaigns that drive engagement and value.
  • Experience working with a CRM Tool and/or data analysis tool is essential.
  • Experience in analysing and manipulating data to ensure campaigns are optimized is essential.
  • Leadership, communication and collaboration skills that enable you to manage expectations across multiple groups of stakeholders is beneficial.
  • Experience in iGaming is preferred, with a passion for sports, gaming or CRM.
