ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a vital role in our Swedish team, fostering lasting relationships with our most valuable customers. Your mission is to enhance loyalty, ensure customer well-being, and deliver an exceptional player experience that supports our commitment to responsible gaming and regulatory compliance.
This is a high-impact, customer-centric role requiring a proactive, relationship-driven mindset. You’ll lead the retention strategy for the Swedish market, providing white-glove service to our VIP players and acting as their trusted point of contact, at times beyond standard office hours, including evenings and weekends.
You will also take full ownership of maximising customer satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Develop and Lead VIP Strategy: Design, communicate, and continuously refine the key account retention strategy for the Swedish market, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and company goals.
- Build and Nurture Relationships: Foster deep, meaningful connections with high-value players to maximise loyalty, engagement, and satisfaction. Deliver timely, professional support - 24/7 when needed - handling inquiries, requests, and concerns with a strong sense of accountability and care.
- Champion Exceptional Player Experiences: Ensure every player interaction is handled with excellence, integrity, and attention to detail. Advocate for the player within internal processes and promote a customer-first mindset.
- Deliver Insightful Reporting: Track and report on market-specific KPIs. Use data-driven insights to improve customer engagement, retention, and performance outcomes.
- VIP Acquisition and Engagement: Identify and proactively reach out to potential and existing VIPs with tailored offers. Manage follow-ups, resolve concerns, and ensure all communications reflect our premium service standards.
- Support Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with stakeholders across CRM, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless and coordinated efforts that support both customer success and business growth.
- Ensure Compliance & Player Wellbeing: Manage expectations and interactions in line with regulatory requirements and our duty of care. Uphold our commitment to responsible gaming and ethical player management.
- Live the LeoCulture: Serve as a brand ambassador and role model, demonstrating professionalism, positivity, and our core company values in all interactions internally and externally.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong, customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering excellence and creating memorable experiences.
- Proven ability to work flexibly and professionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, often outside of standard hours.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence when dealing with VIP customers.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Experience in iGaming and familiarity with regulated market dynamics is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
