What will you do throughout the week:

Strategy & Business Development Manager - Sportsbook to join our GREAT Sportsbook Team. As the ​Strategy & Business Development Manager, you will take part in creating and communicate the Sportsbook strategy for all verticals for all the markets. 

  • Pursuit of Greatest iGaming Experience and improved KPIs such as but not limited to NGR, turnover and margin.
  • Help manage and report on overall business performance across our different brands.
  • Evaluate and improve new promotions, functionality, and features.
  • Working together with our sportsbook providers to evaluate margin performance, risk management and player management
  • Creating and delivering reports on a regular basis.
  • Develop, implement and execute on the group sportsbook strategy in line with management direction.
  • Monitor and evaluate sportsbook performance and provide relevant feedback to the Director of Sportsbook and internal teams. Communicate and present findings to relevant stakeholders and suggest solutions based on the analysis.
  • Working with the Director of Sportsbook, BI & Data & analytics you will establish the appropriate mechanisms to analyze the performance of the sportsbook business, identifying opportunities for growth and communicating these back to the wider business teams.
  • Provide commercial commentary on business performance to internal stakeholders for major marketing campaigns and sporting events.
  • Alongside Director of Sports & relevant internal departments you will be responsible for the cost management and attribution of ROI for all third-party sportsbook services.
  • Collaborate, investigate, define, and deliver our Sportsbook strategic initiatives such as but not limited to new market entries, brand expansions & integration of third-party providers

Qualifications:

  • Profound business understanding and product knowledge. Excellent understanding of customer profiling and betting trends. Strong passion for sports and a knowledge of betting is essential.
  • Demonstrated analytical background with the ability to deliver solutions in a timely manner.
  • 3 years plus experience of online sports betting and the dynamics surrounding it.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English. Speaking another language is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, basic data analytics.
  • Passion, self-driven and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Commitment, self-driven and ambitious.
  • Experience from working with BI tools such as QlikView, Tableau, Power BI or a similar tool.
